Job summary

DI HUI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on site in Singapore. You will coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with safety regulations and drawings.

The role requires reading basic construction drawings, strong communication, and the ability to resolve on-site challenges, with safety at the forefront of every task. Independent work and timely reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Able to read basic construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of WSH rules in Singapore is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and handle site challenges.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all works follow safety regulations, method statements, and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress or issues to the Project Manager.
• Check workmanship quality and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Assist in resolving site problems and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare daily site reports, attendance, and basic documentation.
• Support safety officers in maintaining a safe working environment.
