We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented carpenter with hands-on onsite experience to oversee design implementation from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with practical site coordination experience to ensure that every project is executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material selections
2. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained
3. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers during execution
4. Manage space planning, furniture layouts, lighting, and material specifications
5. Supervise onsite installation of finishes, furniture, and décor
6. Resolve site issues promptly and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
7. Ensure compliance with design standards, quality control, and project timelines

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Marine or related field preferred
• Proven onsite experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details
