Qualifications

  • Prior F&B (kitchen/back-of-house) experience is a plus, but training provided for motivated candidates.
  • Basic English skills are required; Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Eligible for full-time roles if SPR holder; part-time roles welcome for students/LOC holders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in prepping ingredients without complex cooking.
  • Plate signature soups and grills neatly and efficiently.
  • Maintain strict hygiene standards compliant with SG Food Agency.
  • Replenish stocks and support smooth workflow during peak hours.
  • Handle antibiotic-free chicken and sustainably sourced produce.
  • Minimize waste in line with brand values.

Tori San is a fast-growing Taiwanese F&B brand bringing refined, everyday dining to Singapore. We specialize in premium one-pot chicken soups (slow-cooked in Taiwan) and grilled accompaniments, crafted with locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.

Role Overview

Join our pioneering team as Kitchen Crew and play a key role in delivering high-quality, efficient back-of-house operations. You’ll support food prep, plating, and kitchen hygiene while growing with a dynamic, expanding brand.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Plating

  • Assist in prepping ingredients (no complex cooking required).
  • Plate signature soups/grills neatly and efficiently.

Kitchen Operations

  • Maintain strict hygiene standards (SG Food Agency compliant).
  • Replenish stocks (sauces, ingredients, retail products).
  • Support smooth workflow during peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes).

Sustainability Commitment

  • Handle antibiotic-free chicken and sustainably sourced produce.
  • Minimize waste in line with brand values.
Requirements

Experience: Prior F&B (kitchen/back-of-house) is a plus, but training provided for motivated candidates.

Pay & Perks

💰 Full-Timers:

  • Basic Salary: Up to $2,800/month + OT pay.
  • AWS (Performance-based).
  • CPF + Annual Leave + Staff Meals.

Part-Timers:

  • Hourly Rate: $12–$14 (Weekdays) / $14–$16 (Weekends).
  • Flexible Shifts (Lunch 11AM–3PM / Dinner 5PM–9PM).
