  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $3,000 per month

Responsible for the daily operations of e-commerce: processing daily sales orders, order fulfillment, inventory updates, product dispatch, invoicing, and responding to customer inquiries, and more.

Promptly address customer inquiries, feedback, reviews, and resolve any customer concerns related to online orders and social media platforms.

Participate in and support e-commerce initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, engagement, and purchase behavior.

Create and maintain website content, ensuring all content is up-to-date, and verify that all pages, products, and prices on the site are accurate and in line with trading standards.

Develop and execute strategies and campaigns to achieve e-commerce platform sales targets, with full responsibility for budget management, performance evaluation, optimization, and analysis.

Manage brand presence on third-party e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc., through collaborative campaigns to maximize brand exposure and generate more sales.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management meetings.

Provide analytical reports on online sales and browsing activities, customer behavior, and purchasing patterns.

Work closely with the Finance team for monthly account closing reports.

Understand the current system's capabilities and limitations and continuously implement improvements to systems and processes.

Closely monitor competitors' activities and stay updated on current market trends.

Plan and execute the operational flow of e-commerce operations, activities (e.g., live streaming, giveaway campaigns, etc.), and projects when required.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Requirements

Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, preferably in the field of Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.

Candidates with specialization in Digital Marketing/E-commerce/website administration or equivalent are preferred.

Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/After Effects/Shopify/WordPress.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Possess initiative and be results-oriented.

Meticulous and highly accurate in assigned tasks.

Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of copywriting skills will be a bonus.
