Online Marketing
Work with a team of marketing specialists to produce internal and external online marketing content to drive traffic to hospitality websites in Europe and corporate service provider in Asia, along with other B2B and B2C websites. This will require 20 - 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Planning – Development of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Brand Development – Creation and management of brand identity, including logos, messaging, and positioning.
- Press Releases, Public Relations Outreach, and Website Content Updates.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Improving website visibility on search engines.
- Pay‑Per‑Click Advertising (PPC) – Managing targeted ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads.
- Social Media Marketing – Creating and managing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Email Marketing – Designing and executing email campaigns to engage clients and prospects.
- Content Marketing – Production of blogs, articles, videos, and infographics to attract and engage audiences.
- Website Development and Management – Designing user‑friendly websites with SEO best practices and conversion optimization; monitoring and responding to online reviews.
- Market Research and Analysis – Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights.
- Social Media Management – Managing social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with followers.
- Graphic Design Services – Creating visual content for marketing materials, including brochures, ads, and social media posts.
- Photography and Videography – Organizing professional and local photography and video production to showcase properties and services.
- Event Marketing – Planning and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance visibility (online only).
- Influencer Marketing – Collaborating with influencers to reach wider audiences and build credibility.
- Affiliate Marketing – Developing affiliate programs to incentivize partners for promoting services.
- Analytics and Performance Reporting – Tracking and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns to optimise results.

Personal Assistant (Admin)
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (Admin) to provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires 10 - 15 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting as necessary.
- Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of the executive for meetings and appointments.
- Organise and maintain office supplies and admin processes.
- Co‑ordinate messenger and courier services.
- Perform personal errands or tasks as required.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage task lists and follow up on deadlines and deliverables.
