Key Responsibilities
- Response to online customers via emails
- Build new Online Product listings (Item Spec), variants, rich content; keyword research; fix errors (suppressed/quality flags); keep pricing and inventory accurate.
- Track competitors’ pricing, content, reviews, badges, event placements; compile weekly insights and actions.
- Set up coupons, clearance, and event submissions; coordinate with Inventory team
- Analyze performance and optimize to achieve revenue growth in our target markets of USA and Canada
- Actively participate in various promotions and programs available within the system to push to sales targets and growth
- Analyze our current sales across various product segments to do product recommendations or to analyze weak points
- Daily sales analysis and order update
- Compare and analyze monthly and annual e-commerce sales targets
- Analyze various Jewelry product segments, breaking them down into respective categories and variations to maximize highest sales growth within
- Working with International office to manage online customer orders
- Liaise with fulfilment, warehouse, and enabler to ensure smooth running of operations
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in managing e-commerce platforms or working in related fields to build e-commerce business for brand
- Previous experience in online marketplaces like Amazon, Shopee, Walmart is a big plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and able to interpret data and make recommendations
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketing
- Very good in MS Excel : working with large sales and data catalog file, pivot tables, V LookUp, and data sheets
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
