About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on engaging in inquiries and leads who have expressed interest in our products, guiding them through the decision-making process, and effectively persuading them on the value and benefits of choosing our brand. You will play a key role in converting potential interest into confirmed sales by delivering a consultative and customer-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Engagement: Contact and follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest in our products via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand each customer’s needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor your pitch accordingly.
  • Product Advocacy: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our products, highlighting what makes us stand out from competitors.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Overcome objections, provide solutions, and build customer confidence to close deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and update leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system to ensure accurate sales reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles (B2C or B2B).
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and adapt communication style to different customer personalities.
  • Persuasive and confident in presenting product value.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
