Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager for Oncology on a 12-month contract at Buona Vista, Singapore.

The role drives JAPAC regulatory strategy, coordination with R&D and commercial teams, and health authority interactions. The candidate will lead end-to-end regulatory submissions for oncology products, monitor policy changes, and ensure timely approvals across JAPAC markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Regulatory Affairs in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in JAPAC region with end-to-end regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.
• Experience working with oncology compounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional Regulatory Affairs initiatives for JAPAC with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary RA liaison to affiliate teams and local authorities.
• Prepare briefing materials aligning with regulatory strategy for submissions.
• Monitor regulatory trends and advise on compliance and risk.
