Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an Onboarding Operations Specialist to handle the onboarding process for Family Office clients. This role involves managing document reviews, conducting KYC assessments, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience in private banking or family office environments, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency with due diligence tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC/CDD, or account opening.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations.
• Ability to interpret complex legal entity structures and identify UBOs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for Family Office clients.
• Conduct KYC/CDD assessments on complex structures.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, RM, and Product.
