Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in regulated financial business.
• Exposure to blockchain and Fintech is ideal.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review account openings and conduct due diligence checks.
• Perform daily reconciliations of custodial, trading, and fiat balances.
• Lead MAS regulatory reporting and prepare necessary filings.
• Maintain the fiat operations playbook and update procedures.
• Assist with onboarding of banking partners.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and compliance.
• Support audits with reconciliations and control evidence.
• Manage general office administration.
• Coordinate IT setup and employee onboarding.
