Job summary

A wine distribution company in Singapore is seeking an experienced sales professional to execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. You will engage with clients, manage customer accounts, and enhance your wine knowledge. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of related experience and a strong track record in building a customer base. This role offers the opportunity to organise wine events and develop training programs for clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience and extensive knowledge of wine is required.
  • Target driven and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong track record of customer base being built up is advantageous.
  • Great communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details.

Overview

You will work closely with the Wine Manager and sales team to execute sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, generate new leads and direct customers interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Confidently engage with a wide range of clients
  • Support after sales to retain and grow customer accounts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance wine knowledge, sales strategies and approach
  • Develop and deliver training program for clients to grow wine knowledge and sales
  • Organise and support wine events, tastings and promotions
  • Managing end-to-end sales process including timely collection of payment
