Overview
We are looking for a driven and enterprising to drive expansion of on‑trade sales distribution. The individual shall be responsible for the following;
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and distribution of food and beverage products to On‑trade and Wholesale customers in Singapore.
- Manages the sales team and set targets for each salesperson to achieve overall sales growth.
- Stay on top of Accounts Receivables and ensures timely collection from customers.
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to increase distribution coverage.
- Prepare detailed business plans in Excel / PowerPoint for presentation to management and business partners to seek alignment across various stakeholders.
- Build and promote long lasting relationships via frequent engagements with Customers.
- Work closely with business partners to develop and execute pricing promotions to drive sales.
- Prepare trade call plans for the sales team, and sales reports on a regular basis.
- Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope, as assigned by your superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level and Above
- Self‑motivated with proven track record in FMCG
- Exhibit leadership attributes
- Candidate will be required to travel, and should ideally possess a vehicle. Transport allowance will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, effectively bilingual in spoken English and addition 1 other language
