Job summary

A leading power protection company in Singapore is seeking a Field Service Specialist who will be responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Uninterruptible Power Supply systems. Ideal candidates should have a Nitec in Electrical Engineering and experience in field service. Strong customer service skills and technical expertise in UPS systems are essential. This role requires on-site work and frequent travel to customer locations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in field service, preferably in UPS systems.
• Hands-on experience in installation and repair of UPS units.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and commissioning of UPS systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair UPS systems at customer sites.
• Prepare service reports and update service databases.
