Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee daily workflow and track project timelines.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Direct vendors, in-house crews, and trade specialists.
• Quality & Safety Control: Enforce safety regulations (like PPE use) and inspect finished tasks.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read technical drawings and structural plans to guide workers.
• Problem Solving: Fix on-site design or material issues quickly to prevent delays.
