Job summary

MSR CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to manage and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and safety/quality standards.

You will plan, supervise, and coordinate Electrical/ELV/Construction works, review drawings, prepare MOS/RA, and liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to deliver successful handovers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Familiar with ELV systems, electrical works, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of Singapore regulations (WSH, MOM, BCA) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and on-site.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise site works (Electrical / ELV / Construction).
• Manage daily site operations, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and ensure proper execution.
• Prepare MOS, RA, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance (WSH).
• Handle material planning, procurement, and delivery coordination.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and handover documents.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues.
