Job summary

A telecommunications firm in Singapore is seeking on-site support for its Data Centre. You'll be involved in provisioning and troubleshooting of DWDM, routers, and fiber issues. Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome with at least CCNA or other industry standard related certification.
• A strong interest in how Internet and data communications work.
• A good academic result is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and commissioning of DWDM equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of optical transmission issues.
• Monitor alarms and elevate complex faults to senior engineers.
• Perform initial configuration under supervision (e.g., VLAN setup, IP addressing).
• Respond to on-site trouble tickets and perform first-level diagnostics.
