Job summary

ZEN LANDSCAPE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a full-time on-site Sales, Coordinator cum Administrative Executive to support office management, client liaison, and project coordination.

You will prepare quotations, tender documents, manage invoicing and procurement, design graphics and project layouts, and lead basic project management tasks including Gantt charts and schedules. Hands-on landscape experience is preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Landscape Design or related field.
• Customer service and strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between office management and ground workers to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining relationships.
• Prepare and submit picture reports detailing project updates and progress.
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates for landscaping projects.
• Develop and compile tender documents to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
• Manage client invoicing and ensure timely payments.
• Handle procurement, including raising purchase orders for materials.
• Design graphics, Photoshop presentations, and project layouts, including site plans.
• Lead project management efforts, develop Gantt charts, set targets, monitor milestones.
• Plan and adjust works schedules for the team daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Conduct basic cost analysis to ensure budget efficiency.
• Renew necessary company licenses, permits, and insurance.
