Job summary

NATURE LANDSCAPES PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Resident Landscape Coordinator to oversee daily landscape maintenance at designated indoor and outdoor sites. You will supervise site teams, ensure horticultural quality, and maintain clear communication with clients and management.

Requirements include a CPH or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management, minimum 3 years in landscape maintenance, strong English, and proficiency in report writing and MS Office. Leadership and client service are essential.

Qualifications

• CPH or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or site coordination.
• Proficient in English and able to read landscape plans.
• Experience with report writing and basic digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess plant health, turf conditions and landscape quality.
• Coordinate fertilizer, chemical and supplement usage to enhance plant growth and control pests.
• Attend client meetings and respond to landscape-related queries.
• Provide action plans including cost proposals for priority works and site improvements.
• Train and guide site crew on maintenance best practices.
• Ensure safety and readiness of equipment and seek approval with method statements.
