Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction, design, and cost management experience as an Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager.
• HVAC knowledge required.
• Experience managing large commercial, institutional and industrial projects valued at significant budgets.
• Proficiency with project documentation and tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project execution and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Prepare schedules, work specifications, drawings for tenders.
• Oversee M&E contractors and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage project cost procurement and budgeting.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and consultants.
