Job summary

Shake Shack Singapore is hiring a full-time on-site Graphic Designer to create and adapt visual materials for social media, in-store marketing, print and packaging. You will support posters, menus, POSM, banners, and production-ready artwork while keeping brand consistency.

The ideal candidate has a design degree, 1–2 years’ experience (F&B or consumer brands a plus), and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Bring a strong portfolio and a proactive, collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of design experience; F&B, FMCG or consumer brands a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple assignments with deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual materials for social media, digital platforms, in-store marketing, and print.
• Support the development of posters, menus, POSM, banners, promotional materials, packaging, and other assets.
• Adapt key visuals into different formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support the Design Lead and Marketing team on campaigns, product launches, promotions, and daily design requests.
• Prepare artwork and production files for printers, vendors, and digital platforms.
• Make design amendments based on feedback and ensure final artwork is accurate before submission.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Manage assigned projects and deliver work within deadlines.
• Stay updated on current design and social media trends and bring fresh ideas.
