Job summary

CES_SDC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects on site, delivering on time, safely, and within budget.

Reports to Project Director, coordinates with client, vendors, subcontractors and authorities; chairs progress meetings and supports tender activity. Requires a university engineering degree and about ten years PM experience, plus CSCPM certification.

Qualifications

• Requires university engineering degree or PE board-recognized qualification.
• Requires about 10 years of project management experience in civil construction, preferably water/used water treatment plants.
• Requires CSCPM or approved equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver project safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage project setup, organization, cost management, quality, progress reporting, site safety, and security.
• Coordinate with client, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and construction team; attend client and regulatory meetings.
• Chairs regular progress meetings and reports project progress to senior management.
• Assist HQ with tender preparation.
