Job summary

Dr Lash in Singapore is seeking a Videography Intern to join on-site, full-time. You will be on set, directing talent, and owning projects from storyboard to final cut, across wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and corporate sectors.

You will learn to balance premium brand aesthetics with data-driven social media trends, work across pre-production, production, and post-production, and build a live portfolio with client work and ad campaigns.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating a solid grasp of framing, lighting, and pacing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Mobile & Gear Fluent: comfortable shooting on professional mirrorless cameras and mobile setups for social platforms.
• Culture Fit: a self-starter who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Current student: currently pursuing a diploma, degree, or equivalent in Film, Media, Mass Comm, Design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Production & Conceptualization: brainstorm, storyboard, script engaging short-form video concepts; set shoot schedules.
• On-Set Production: handle camera, lighting, audio; direct talent; maintain premium brand aesthetic.
• Post-Production: edit footage into short-form videos; color grade; sync audio; create variations for testing.
