Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in full-cycle (360) recruitment within a recruitment firm/agency.
• Experience in the oil & gas sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand recruitment needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job analysis, sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
• Track sector trends and provide data-driven insights to support client decisions.
• Contribute to client acquisition and proposal preparation for business growth.
