Your new role

As an Offshore Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients from Indonesia. You will:

  • Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and cross-border collaboration.

  • Offer offshore banking, investment, and wealth solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

  • Work closely with product specialists in investment, FX, and insurance to deliver holistic advisory.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines for cross-border business.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore preferred or priority banking, serving clients from Indonesia and/or Southeast Asia.

  • Proven track record in relationship management and wealth advisory.

  • Strong understanding of cross-border financial regulations and offshore products.

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia would be beneficial as clients are from Indonesia and communication with clients is very important.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication, and strong client acquisition skills.
