A respected financial institution in Singapore is seeking an Offshore Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of affluent clients primarily from Indonesia. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in offshore banking and a proven track record in relationship management. The role offers an attractive base salary with a competitive commission structure and long-term career opportunities.
As an Offshore Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients from Indonesia. You will:
Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and cross-border collaboration.
Offer offshore banking, investment, and wealth solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Work closely with product specialists in investment, FX, and insurance to deliver holistic advisory.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines for cross-border business.
Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore preferred or priority banking, serving clients from Indonesia and/or Southeast Asia.
Proven track record in relationship management and wealth advisory.
Strong understanding of cross-border financial regulations and offshore products.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia would be beneficial as clients are from Indonesia and communication with clients is very important.
Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication, and strong client acquisition skills.
