Job summary

SeaOwl Group is seeking a Planner to organize and coordinate planning activities to support effective delivery of work on offshore EPC projects in Singapore. You will develop the Integrated Master Schedule using Primavera P6, break down work packages, and align schedule with contractual deliverables.

You will monitor progress, prepare look-ahead plans, manage resources and report weekly and monthly performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, PM, or related discipline.
• Onshore role with ability to meet physical field demands.
• 5–8 years’ experience in planning roles on EPC or offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of WBS, CPM, and resource leveling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IMS using Primavera P6.
• Break down project into work packages and define dependencies.
• Track progress against baseline schedule and report variances.
• Prepare look-ahead plans and manage resource leveling.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and subcontractors.
• Produce weekly/monthly planning reports and S-curve analyses.
• Support change impact reviews and risk-informed scheduling.
