A global tech company based in Singapore is seeking a contract coordinator responsible for facilitating document execution and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires 1-3 years of experience and a degree in financial or business management. Candidates must be fluent in Microsoft Office tools and possess high proficiency in Chinese for effective communication with colleagues in China. Strong initiative and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Be responsible for facilitating and coordinating with internal stakeholder(s) across the regions, including China, Asia Pacific and Middle East, to ensure documents are executed in accordance with company policies, including but not limited to apply company seal on the applicable sales contracts, conduct documents comparison, and contract rectification.
Follow up with relevant internal stakeholder(s) to ensure the signed documents from customer are (a) properly returned, and (b) scanned and archived in accordance with company policies.
Be responsible for the full compliance of internal control on the workflow and process in relation to contract execution and contract archiving.
Perform any other administrative functions and duties which may be assigned from time to time.
1-3 years working experience and holding a valid degree in financial or business management from a world recognized university.
Fluent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Have a strong sense of risk and confidentiality.
Able to work rigorously and carefully, strong sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure, and portraying strong work initiative.
Have good inter-personal skill and willing to learn.
High proficiency in Chinese, including both ability of reading and writing, as this vacancy requires (a) frequent communications with Colleague(s) in China and (b) read and understand Chinese policies.
