A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources professional to assist in employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Human Resources and 2–3 years of relevant experience. Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
Human Resources Functions 80%
Assist in all human resources functions including employee relations, benefits and compensation, training & development, employee records maintenance, work pass applications/renewals/cancellations, re-employment and retirement administration
Manage work injury and occupational disease reporting, monitor claims and compensation, and support safety initiatives
Sustain 5S culture and support continuous improvement efforts in the workplace
