Provide effective office administrative support to multiple My First Skool centres from HQ at Mountbatten Square. Responsible for answering inquiries and providing accurate information to customers via phone and follow‑up with emails.
Administrative Support Supporting My First Skool centres with every child transaction into SkoolNet, LifeSG and CMS. This will include:
Financial Assistance Support
Reconciliation
Calls/Email/SMS
Any other ad hoc duties, such as assisting to buddy new staff when required.
