Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Support Executive to provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include managing records, submitting reports, maintaining inventory, and liaising with vendors. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office and is expected to assist with various compliance-related tasks. The role offers a competitive salary and working days from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage e-filing and maintain organized records and database.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, handle purchasing, and liaise with vendors for office-related matters.
  • Assist in completing and submitting client vendor registration requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation, collation, and submission of safety audit documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Update and maintain the company website with relevant and accurate information.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Business Support Executive
  • Salary: $2,500 - $2,700 + AWS + VB
  • Working Days: Mon - Fri 8:15am - 5:30pm
  • Working Location: Joo Koon (Transport is provided from 6 MRT pickup points ie: Paya Lebar, Serangoon NEX, Bishan, Jurong East, Joon Koon, Woodlands)
