A leading personnel services firm at Singapore Changi Airport seeks a diligent individual to maintain cleanliness and support meeting needs. Responsibilities include managing pantry cleanliness, setting up for meetings, and attending to VIP functions. Candidates should possess good customer service skills and be literate in using Excel for inventory updates. This is a part-time role on an ad-hoc basis, offering $15 per hour.
i. Wash up cups, plates and cutlery including washing of teacup sets etc..
ii. Maintain cleanliness of all the pantry and the pantry storeroom inclusive of the appliance in the pantry such as refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffee machines, surface cleaning of hot drink/water dispensers, basin & etc on daily basis.
iii. Carry out cleaning of refrigerators on a monthly basis.
iv. Daily stocktaking and replenishment of items in all the pantry, meeting rooms and utility area (e.g. biscuits, beverages, stationaries, paper);
v. Monthly stocktaking and update the inventory list of the pantry items and stationery and report to officer in charge when the supplies are running low.
i. Setup beverage support such as cups/sauces/beverages & etc/layout of room for the meetings.
ii. Merging of rooms, shifting of furniture / items.
iii. Proficient in preparing and serving hot food/beverages for the Senior Management or Board’s meetings.
iv. To buy lunch/refreshments for the meeting when required which she/he will be reimbursed.
v. Reinstate the room to its original layout after meetings.
vi. Remove and wash all utensils and kitchenware in the meeting rooms, pantry, and collaboration areas; and
vii. Conduct daily checks of state of all the meeting rooms, pantry, and utility areas to ensure that the aircon, lights, projects, furniture, clock, stationery, coffee machines, vending machines, printer and other non-IT items are in order. Report to Officer in Charge on any faulty or missing items. At the end of the day, ensure that the lights and projectors are switched off before they go off and perform other duties assigned.
viii. To report all faults to Officer in charge upon detection through the fault reporting channels. Some examples of faults include leaking or choking water fixtures, overflowing litter bins, presence of spillage etc.
i. Setup/layout of room.
ii. Prepare and serve food/beverages.
iii. Serve catered food;
iv. Reinstate the room to its original layout after events; and
v. Remove and wash all utensils and kitchenware.
Any other duties as assigned by Officer in Charge.
Contract Period: Jan 2026 to Dec 2027
Salary: $15/hour
