Job summary

A leading technology services provider in Singapore seeks a skilled Office Administrator to manage office operations. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, travel arrangements, vendor management, and overseeing office supplies. The ideal candidate will possess a Degree or Diploma, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in banks or MNCs. Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills are essential. Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant office administration experience in Banks or Financial Institutions / MNC.
  • Ability to interact well with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

  • Handle overall office administration matters.
  • Organize travel arrangements.
  • Oversee procurement & vendor management.
  • Verify & authorize payments.
  • Maintain office and pantry supplies.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and document circulation.
  • Assist in organizing office activities.
