Job summary

A well-established facility solutions company in Singapore is seeking an Office Administrator to manage pantry inventory, support staff events, and ensure office cleanliness. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Business Administration or Facilities Management and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Strong coordination and organizational skills are essential. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $3500 to $4500, depending on experience, along with bonuses.

☑ Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.000pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and replenish pantry and snack inventory; liaise with vendors to ensure timely and quality supply.
  • Support planning and coordination of staff events, team lunches, and engagement activities.
  • Conduct daily office inspections and coordinate maintenance or repair works with vendors.
  • Assist in office relocation and setup, including coordination with movers, IT, and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of office assets, vendor contracts, and maintenance logs.
  • Prepare usage and expenditure reports, and provide regular updates on office operations.
  • Ensure overall office cleanliness, organization, and compliance with workplace standards.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
