Job description

We are working with a fast-growing international digital entertainment group headquartered in Greater China, now expanding its Singapore presence as a key global hub.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an efficient, organised, and safe workplace
  • Manage vendors, facilities, office supplies, and workplace maintenance needs
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and company events across regional offices
  • Support onboarding, HR & finance admin processes, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth employee experience
  • Implement office policies, handle communications, and liaise with China HQ for reporting, approvals & company procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office management or executive administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with China-based stakeholders / HQ
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office administration tools, with strong organisational and multitasking ability
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with experience managing vendors, facilities, and office logistics
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and uphold confidentiality
