We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially within the construction or design-build industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and effective coordination between management, site teams, and support departments.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and office supply management.
- Maintain company licenses, ISO documentation, and compliance records.
- Support tender, project, and contract documentation submissions.
- Process petty cash, staff claims, and coordinate vendor payments.
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Track site attendance, manpower deployment, and project progress reports.
- Assist HR with onboarding, leave tracking, and safety briefing documentation.
- Prepare management reports and provide administrative support to directors.
- Maintain ERP/CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, SAP) and ensure digital filing control.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role (construction/design-build industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of ISO documentation, tender procedures, and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
