About the Role

The Office Maintenance Executive / Facilities Executive will be responsible for coordinating and executing all maintenance and facilities management activities across the company’s outlets, central kitchen, and office premises. This role ensures smooth operations, safety, and compliance of all facilities while supporting daily administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and coordinate maintenance requests across outlets, central kitchen, and office premises.
  • Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular physical checks of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
  • Identify, report, and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Liaise with third-party contractors and service providers.
  • Ensure all servicing, repairs, and renovation works are completed correctly and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety and workplace safety standards (WSH).
  • Follow relevant regulations, e.g., HACCP/AVA standards for kitchen areas.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance and housekeeping supplies.
  • Track budgets and handle claims related to maintenance activities.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or urgent maintenance issues to minimize disruption.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, repairs, and equipment history.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities.
  • Support general office administration tasks, including access control management.
  • Assist in logistics and coordination for multi-site operations as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Preferably with hands-on experience in electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance and workplace safety standards.
