A staffing and recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Office Front Desk & Admin Executive. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, assisting visitors, and coordinating mail services. Ideal candidates should have GCE 'O' Level or above, with at least 1 year of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a salary of up to $2750 per month.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; maintain and update phone lists
Welcome and assist visitors, handle registrations, notify hosts, and manage access
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Maintain meeting rooms, assist with bookings, and prepare refreshments
Monitor pantry inventory, report equipment issues, and provide general administrative support
Manage staff lockers, process travel claims, and oversee office equipment, including golf equipment
Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ Level or above
Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or related roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Friendly, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
