Open Government Products (OGP) in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Office Operations Assistant on a 1-year fixed-term contract to keep our vibrant office running smoothly. You will manage supplies, coordinate with vendors, support events, and handle day-to-day administrative requests, enabling engineers, designers and product managers to focus on public-good projects.

We autonomously identify opportunities to solve public problems using tech, rapidly prototype, and launch solutions—from citizen apps to automating public agency operations. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract role. Any extension beyond the initial contract period will be considered based on business needs at that time and is not guaranteed.
Office operations. Keeping the physical office in good shape — managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, overseeing maintenance jobs, and making sure the space is well-stocked and running smoothly.
Events and community. Taking ownership of smaller team events and supporting the execution of larger events — the kind of things that help people feel connected and enjoy being at the office.
Administrative support. Attending to workplace requests and enquiries, following up on outstanding items, and handling the day-to-day admin that keeps operations moving.

PaySG — Was developed to enable digital payments for government services, and was initially used for payments for COVID-19 swab tests and Stay-Home Notices for incoming travellers to Singapore.
