The successful candidate will follow cleaning schedules, replenish supplies, report maintenance issues, and carry out general housekeeping tasks as assigned, with focus on hygiene and safety in a busy office

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cleaner, janitor, or office cleaner is preferred but not compulsory.
• Able to perform general cleaning duties independently.
• Physically fit to carry out routine cleaning and housekeeping work.
• Able to follow instructions and cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms and shared facilities.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish at designated disposal areas.
• Clean tables, furniture, doors, glass panels, windows and other surfaces.
• Maintain pantry cleanliness including sinks and countertops.
• Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, soap, tissue and other cleaning supplies.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify in-charge when replenishment is required.
• Report damaged facilities, equipment, leaks or maintenance issues observed.
• Carry out other general cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned.
