Position: Office Assistant
Location: West of Singapore
Salary: $2580 to $2800

A Office Assistant will provide front-line and administrative support, handling enquiries, managing communications and records, supporting office operations, and attending to student welfare in accordance with school procedures.

Job Description
  • Handle incoming phone calls by screening, directing them to the appropriate staff, and taking and relaying messages when necessary.
  • Attend to walk-in enquiries from students, parents, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services, including delivery and dispatch.
  • Maintain and update student and administrative records, and assist in the compilation of reports and statistics.
  • Attend to students who are unwell and provide appropriate support in accordance with school procedures.
  • Support daily administrative operations, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and proper filing of records.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Office, including ad hoc duties assigned by School Leaders or the Administration Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Full GCE ‘O’ Level certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
  • Proficiency in IT, including MS Office applications.
  • Relevant experience in reception, administration, and/or customer service is an advantage.
  • Singaporean Only.
