Their digital therapy platform comprising of KIMIA Assess and KIMIA Move products, uses artificial intelligence technology for digital MSK assessment and therapy. This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers in the region, along with large corporate players.
The Office Administrator & Executive Assistant is responsible for streamlining administrative workflows, coordinating executive schedules, handling confidential correspondence, and ensuring an efficient work environment for all staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative, office management, or executive support roles.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Proven ability to exercise judgment, handle confidential matters, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
