A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Office Admin to provide support to Directors and manage administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business Administration and proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to Directors and business operations.
  • Manage confidential employee records and payroll administration.
  • Prepare PowerPoint slides for internal and client presentations.
  • Coordinate quarterly review meetings and logistics.
  • Prepare PowerPoint slides for presentations.
  • Check and verify reports for accuracy.
  • Support procurement-related requests.
  • Monitor relevant government grants and assist with applications.

  • Position : Office Admin (MNC/Strong in MS Office) - Up to $4,000 + AWS

  • Location : Downtown – Mohamed Sultan Road

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 16 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

  • Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to Directors and business operations
  • Manage company documents, filing, staff contracts and e-signing coordination
  • Manage confidential employee records and support on payroll administration and quarterly GST submissions.
  • Coordinate quarterly review meetings, calendars and logistics
  • Prepare and assist with PowerPoint slides for internal reviews, client presentations, sales decks and training decks
  • Check and verify reports for accuracy before sending to clients
  • Support procurement background information requests when required
  • Monitor relevant government grants / schemes and assist with application documentation
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant field and previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in office management would be an advantage.
  • Wizardry in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience working for a professional services company would be an advantage
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate smoothly with Associates who can only speak Mandarin.
