We are partnering with our client - an investment firm based in Singapore. They are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Admin / Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day office administrative support, as well as personal assistance to the Director.

Job Responsibilities
Office Administration
  • Handle general administrative and office support duties, including document filing, correspondence, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and maintenance matters to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support coordination of meetings, conference calls, and company events.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and other HR administrative tasks when required.
Personal Assistance to Director
  • Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and confidential documents with discretion.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up notes.
  • Assist in personal matters or errands as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally on behalf of the Director.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in office administration or personal assistant roles; experience in financial services or investment environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
