We are partnering with our client - an investment firm based in Singapore. They are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Admin / Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day office administrative support, as well as personal assistance to the Director.
Job Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Handle general administrative and office support duties, including document filing, correspondence, and basic bookkeeping.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and maintenance matters to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support coordination of meetings, conference calls, and company events.
- Assist with onboarding logistics and other HR administrative tasks when required.
Personal Assistance to Director
- Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and confidential documents with discretion.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up notes.
- Assist in personal matters or errands as required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally on behalf of the Director.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in office administration or personal assistant roles; experience in financial services or investment environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
