Office Admin (Game Studio Operations Specialist)
Job Responsibilities
  • Check and submit monthly invoices and bills, ensuring timely payments and maintaining effective communication with Finance (in overseas) and external vendors (low transaction)
  • Manage external errands, including procurement and other logistical tasks, on an as‑needed basis (approximately 1-2 times per month).
  • Coordinate team‑building activities and monitor office supplies inventory, including purchasing and replenishing essential items such as office equipment, stationery, and pantry supplies.
  • Liaise with external vendors for service deliveries, including office's water supply.
  • Maintain and update petty cash records using Excel, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Arrange courier and postage services (e.g., FedEx, SF Express) as required, typically 1-2 times every few months (low transaction).
  • Update and manage the company assets (laptops etc), including allocations to new employees and retrieval of assets from resignees.
  • Reformat and prepare laptops and computers for new or departing employees to ensure security and proper functioning.
  • Purchase & distribute employee birthday vouchers during employees’ birth months (low transaction)
  • Facilitate the submission of business agreements, such as sales contracts, tenancy agreements, and legal documents, liaising with Legal colleagues and external vendors as needed (low transaction)
Job Requirements
  • Possess Diploma or Degree qualification with 1 to 2 years in Admin/Office Support.
  • Able to speak AND write Chinese (hanyu pinyin) so as to liaise with colleagues in China.
  • Patient, meticulous, possess great attitude, willing to learn and have a keen eye for details and initiative to check and prepare documents/paperwork using Excel (must have basic Excel knowledge such as vlookup, sumif functions).
  • Work Location: near Labrador Park MRT (mTower).
  • Mon to Fri, 9:30am to 6:30pm.
  • Company: We are a reputable casual mobile games development company.
  • Monthly Salary: S$2100 to S$2700 per month.
