ROLE INTRODUCTION

This role will assist the Office Services Manager in the conduct of all office related and document management functions within the Singapore office and act as a facilitator for all related requests from clients and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including physical mail, couriers, and electronic communications, ensuring timely distribution and tracking.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal team members across various communication channels, maintaining professionalism and prompt response at all times.
  • Manage and monitor office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating reorders as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases in both digital and physical formats.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry and filing.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized, presentable, and conducive to productivity.
  • Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by the Office Manager as the business direction requires.
