Qualifications

• Strong operational experience in freight forwarding services, particularly LCL shipments.
• Familiarity with import (FCL & LCL) and export operations is advantageous.
• Experience in declaring F&B permits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan arrival schedules for shipments.
• Monitor and track the status of incoming shipments.
• Prepare invoices and ensure billing accuracy.
• Liaise with carriers and handling agents.
• Prepare and process necessary import documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Resolve customs-related issues.
