Job summary

Maitri School in Singapore is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support students with autism spectrum disorder. You will execute therapy plans based on assessments, coordinate with parents and teachers, and monitor progress while maintaining records and reports.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy with full registration and experience with ASD. Part-time applicants are welcome; the position offers an attractive salary package based on experience.

Your role as Occupational Therapist:

• Execution of therapy intervention plan based on evaluation of student’s condition.
• Liaise with parents, teachers and other allied health professionals to provide multidisciplinary support to the students.
• Evaluate and monitor progress at regular intervals.
• Maintain updated student records, therapy resources, occupational therapy programmes / intervention and reports.

Requirements:

• Master or Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council.
• Experience working with ASD students.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Preferably 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience. (Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior Occupational Therapists. We offer an attractive salary package, with higher remuneration based on experience and expertise.)
• Experienced Occupational Therapists who are only able to work part-time are welcome to apply.
