OLIVE TREE EDUCATIONAL SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist on a locum basis in Singapore to support children with diverse developmental, physical, or cognitive needs. The role focuses on enhancing independence and quality of life through individualized therapy plans.

You will conduct assessments, implement plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while guiding families to reinforce goals at home. Prior experience with children is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• AHPC Singapore registration/licensure is required.
• Experience with children or adolescents with developmental or physical needs is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a locum basis. The successful candidate will provide therapy services to children with diverse developmental, physical, or cognitive needs, supporting them in achieving greater independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify client's functional abilities and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to client needs.
• Provide therapy sessions focusing on adaptive skills, sensory integration, fine/gross motor development, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and maintain communication with parents.
• Offer guidance and support to families and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home.

Requirements

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with professional standards.
• At least Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid professional registration/licensure with AHPC Singapore.
• Prior experience working with children, or adolescents with developmental or physical needs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Contract Details

• Duration: Committment of at least 6 months
• Working Hours: Flexible, with at least availability of one AM and PM session per week
