We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sembawang, North Region. This is a full‑time role supporting individuals in our rehabilitation and community care programmes. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients regain independence and improve their quality of life through tailored therapy and support.

What you’ll be doing
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualised treatment plans
  • Provide one‑on‑one and group therapy sessions focused on improving motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Document client records and contribute to reporting requirements
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay up‑to‑date with best practices
What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities to provide tailored interventions
  • Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities or health conditions
