PeopleSolve Pte Ltd is recruiting a seasoned Registered Nurse for an onsite occupational health role in Singapore. The successful candidate will deliver clinical assessments, first aid and emergency medical support for employees while coordinating health programs and surveillance aligned with local requirements.

Candidates should have SNB registration with Practising Certificate, 5+ years post-registration experience (3+ in occupational health), and BCLS/AED/First Aid certifications.

About the Role

• Provide onsite nursing care, clinical assessment, first aid and emergency medical support for employees.
• Assess and manage workplace injuries and illnesses, including appropriate referral and follow-up.
• Coordinate occupational health and medical surveillance programs in accordance with Singapore workplace health requirements.
• Support pre-employment, pre-placement and periodic health assessments where applicable.
• Follow up on abnormal health surveillance results and liaise with the Designated Workplace Doctor (DWD) and external medical providers.
• Support workplace injury, occupational health and return-to-work case management.
• Work with ESH/WSH teams to identify workplace health risks and support preventive health initiatives.
• Develop and deliver employee health promotion, wellness, and health education programmes.
• Support workplace emergency preparedness, including maintenance of first-aid and emergency medical equipment.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and Practising Certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of post-registration nursing experience, with at least 3 years of Occupational Health experience.
• Experience working independently in an onsite occupational health, industrial clinic or corporate medical environment is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in workplace injury management, health surveillance and employee health programmes.
• Valid BCLS/AED and First Aid certification.
• Good clinical judgement, communication, and teamwork skills.
