Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd. seeks an Observability Engineer to lead enterprise observability and service reliability across infrastructure and application domains. You will drive proactive monitoring, automation, and resilience initiatives to boost system availability and MTTR reduction.

You will define architecture, deploy full-stack observability platforms, and embed telemetry into cloud-native pipelines, leveraging IaC and SRE practices to support regulatory compliance and audits.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, or SRE, ideally within regulated environments.
• Hands-on with observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, or ELK Stack.
• In-depth IaC and cloud observability tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Python) with AWS/Azure tooling.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles and regulatory frameworks for automated remediation.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise observability architecture aligned with resilience standards.
• Deploy and optimize full-stack observability platforms and integrate with ITSM/AIOps for predictive alerting.
• Implement SRE frameworks, error budgets, automation, and runbooks.
• Architect telemetry for AWS/Azure and embed observability into CI/CD pipelines via IaC.
